Three things that set our clinic apart from others!

1. Specialized treatment for “fascia.”

2. We aim to improve with the fewest treatments possible.

3. We can communicate in English.

1. Specialized treatment for “fascia.”

You have tried everything to improve your “plantar fasciitis” but haven’t gotten good results yet, haven’t you?

It may be because you have not approached the actual cause.

At our clinic, we specialize in treating the tissue called “fascia.” Recent research has revealed that “fascia” is deeply related to pain.

Have you ever had treatment for “fascia” (called Fascial ManipulationⓇ)?

There are still very few places in Japan that offer this treatment.

This procedure could provide a different outcome for your “plantar fasciitis!”

2. We aim to improve with the fewest treatments possible

Our clinic aims to improve your symptoms in the shortest time possible!

In extreme cases, we believe getting better in one session is best.

And we continue to make daily efforts with that as our primary goal.

For this reason, we do not sell coupon tickets, nor do we recommend that you make an appointment for the next time.

Our motto is to put the patient’s best interest first.

3. We can communicate in English.

You don’t have to worry about your Japanese skills because I speak English well enough for treatment.

I am one of the interpreters for Japan’s Fascial Manipulation international course.

Do you have any of these concerns?

I’ve been to hospitals and osteopathic clinics, but it doesn’t get better!

It goes away when I cut back on practice, but it comes back when I run!

I can’t practice as much as I want because of this heel pain!

I am worried about when it will get better!

Why your “plantar fasciitis” hasn’t improved at the hospital or osteopathic clinic

They are only approaching for the sole.

Of course, it is the sole that is hurting.

But it is not always where the pain is that causes it.

Our entire body is covered by a membrane called fascia.

Depending on the connection of this fascia, a problem in the thigh or shin can cause pain in the sole.

If the cause is in the thighs or shins, no amount of foot massage will help.

Taping and supporters are not a fundamental solution.

Taping
Supporters
Insoles
Steroid injections
Extracorporeal shock wave therapy

These are the treatments of choice for plantar fasciitis, but the effects are often temporary.

People who have received steroid injections and shock wave therapy say that the pain returned after a short period of good relief.

This may be because the actual cause of the pain is not being approached.

At our clinic, we believe that the cause of plantar fasciitis lies in the fascia.

And many people who have received steroid injections and shock wave therapy but did not get better have improved with our Fascial Manipulation.

Our clinic aims to improve “plantar fasciitis” through Fascial Manipulation!

What is Fascial Manipulation?

It is a treatment method to find and adjust the stiffened fascia that is the cause of your plantar fasciitis through a detailed interview and physical examination.

Let me briefly introduce the procedure.

1. We will ask you about past illnesses, injuries, overuse, and other causes of tight fascia.

2. We will ask you to move your body to find out the movements that cause pain and perform an examination.

3. We will check the fascia in detail to determine the location of the tightened fascia in the area that may be the cause.

4. Tightened fascia is thoroughly loosened using friction to create inflammation until it becomes soft.

5. We will do this in several locations to remedy the symptoms!

Here’s an example of improvement.

Mr. JS says he has had pain in his right plantar arch for about a year and a half.

Here is Mr. JS’s story.

I have had pain in my right plantar arch for about a year and a half.

It feels tense all the time and becomes more painful when I walk for a long time.

Recently, I have been feeling the tension in my calf, and I want to do something about it.

It all started when I went to Italy for work.

I had to walk quite often on cobblestone streets, which are bit hard to walk on with thin-soled sneakers.

The pain started during my stay, and I have been feeling tension and pain in my plantar arch ever since.

Mr. JS’s symptoms of plantar fasciitis that is not healing

First, we asked about the location of the pain.

The pain is felt on the plantar arch and the inside of the heel.

This place is painful when he presses on it.

Next, identify the movement that causes the pain.

Standing on his toes, he felt pain in his plantar arch.

When the weight is shifted toward the toes when walking.

Other than those, the pain was felt in the morning and after the long walk.

We checked out Mr. JS’s fascia which had plantar fasciitis!

From the medical interview, we learned that Mr. JS had practiced karate until high school.

He had injured his right knee and right shin by kicking.

Therefore, we checked the condition of his fascia, focusing on his right knee and shin.

The red point is where the pain is, and the yellow points are where the fascia is tightened.

The five yellow fascial points were carefully treated.

After treating the fascia of JS’s plantar fasciitis that would not heal.

As a result,

Standing on his toes
when the weight is shifted toward his toe when walking.
Both pains disappeared!

In addition, the pain when pressing on the plantar arch and the inside of the heel had also disappeared!

Comment from patient

Here’s a comment from Mr. JS, who had suffered from plantar fasciitis.

Q1: What concerns did you have before you learned about our clinic?

Since I injured my foot on a trip (overseas), I had a different feeling from left to right when I walked, and my right foot started to hurt even when I wasn’t walking.

In particular, the plantar arch feels tight and hurts when I move.

Q2: How did you find out about our clinic?

Web search.

At the time, I didn’t know whether I should go to a physical therapy or osteopathic clinic, but I went to this clinic because it said on its website that it specialized in myofascial pain.

Q3: Please tell us your honest impression of the clinic.

I could feel the improvement from the moment I finished the treatment, and the quality of the treatment was appropriate for the price.

Communication during the treatment was smooth, and I could build a trusting relationship without the stress.

Let me take care of your “plantar fasciitis”!

Nice to meet you! My name is Hideki Kakinuma.

I am a Certified Fascial Manipulation® Specialist, one of only 23 myofascial specialists in Japan.

I went to Italy to take the exam and got a certification.

※Here is the certificate.

After passing the national acupuncture and moxibustion exam, I became an apprentice at an osteopathic clinic because I admired my father-in-law, who happily talked about his work.

It was a very prosperous clinic attended by celebrities from various fields, including actors, musicians, and politicians.

After 13 and a half years of training, I became independent, but I had a complex that could never be as good as my master (father-in-law), who had a keen sensibility.

But one day, I realized I didn’t have to be anyone else! I only need to be myself!

After realizing that, I changed my direction to “aim for medically based treatment,” which is unique to me.

At that time, I came across the “fascial” approach (Fascial Manipulation®), and the improvement rate of pain sufferers increased dramatically, and the pain did not recur even after exercise.

I am convinced that the cause of plantar fasciitis is mainly in the fascia.

“When I get to the foot, I have pain in the sole.”

“I want to return to the field as soon as possible.”

“I want to find a fundamental solution, not just a temporary fix.”

I have confidence that I can help you!

Please try my “Fascial Manipulation®” once!
